Job Summary
Oversee all activities within the Play and Learn area, including implementing disciplinary procedures, managing staff morale, and preparing daily shift reports. Communicate new information to staff and maintain open lines of communication with parents and members. Ensure adherence to local Y and national guidelines regarding internal policy while practicing professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires a minimum of 18 years of age and a high school education, with formal training in Early Education or Child Development preferred. Experience working with school-age children or youth programs is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of High School Education
- Able to practice professionalism, displaying confidentiality while learning, following, and enforcing, local Y and national guidelines related to internal policy
- Experience in working with school-age children or youth programs
