Job Summary
Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service while monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales data. Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets, oversee stock levels, and ensure adherence to OH&S standards and legislation. Coach and develop team members through ongoing training and succession planning. Operate Tuesday to Saturday with two consecutive days off, reporting to the Area Manager within the Accent Group's high-profile retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
