Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Motivate the team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer experience while monitoring and analysing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Manage rosters and wage spend in line with company targets, oversee stock levels, shrinkage control, and operational excellence. Coach and mentor team members, driving high morale, ongoing training, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with all OH&S policies and relevant state and national legislation. Work a Sunday to Thursday roster with two consecutive days off. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs
- A proactive, hands-on leader with a 'Make it Happen' mindset
- Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching others
- Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and working with premium product
