Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Motivate the team to deliver outstanding results, monitor sales performance daily through weekly and monthly analysis, and coach staff on training and succession planning. Manage rosters and wage spend while overseeing stock levels, shrinkage control, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all OH&S policies and relevant legislation. Join the Accent Group as part of Australia and New Zealand's largest footwear retailer with over 900+ stores, working a Sunday to Thursday roster with two consecutive days off.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs
- A proactive, hands-on leader with a 'Make it Happen' mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and working with premium product
