Job Summary
This 3IC role at Platypus Queensgate focuses on supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead customer experience, operations, and team development in a busy retail environment. Responsibilities include driving sales targets and KPI achievement, maintaining store presentation and stock levels, coaching and mentoring staff, and coordinating training and succession plans. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a full time / senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor or 3IC
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
