Job Summary
Develops new and expands High Net Worth customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets; sources new bank customers through external individual efforts; cross-sells bank products to existing branch customers; informs customers of new products or product enhancements; plans and conducts sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients; coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products; maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts; tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. Requires a Graduate degree with 6-8 years (or Post Graduate 4-6 years) of banking experience, strong understanding of Trade and Forex and Commercial Assets (CC, OD, TL, Export Finance), knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage, along with customer orientation and high energy levels.
