Job Summary

Monitor chemical inventory, maintain a safe work environment, and oversee production to ensure product quality. Communicate job movements to subsequent stages, identify quality issues, and verify solutions before controlling further processing of nonconforming products. Generate and handle hazardous wastes as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns while adhering to Job Safety Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets. Perform duties using required personal protective equipment, including lifting up to 40 pounds and working up to 10 hours daily. Train on the first shift and cross-train to work in any position throughout both buildings.

  • Ability to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor
  • Understanding that access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
  • Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
  • Understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
  • Understanding and following Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
  • Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
  • High school diploma or GED
