Job Summary
Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing including manual copper plating, gold immersion, and outer layer etching. Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters while carefully loading racks and ensuring proper bath temperature and current. Follow customer specifications and maintain all department equipment through cleaning and manual tightening of clamps. Work around chemicals in a safe, monitored environment while lifting and pushing items over 20 lbs. Stand for long periods and use hands for extended durations with strong fine motor skills. Full-time role requiring Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen
- Lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
- Eligible to obtain any required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing detailed visual inspections and manual tasks
- Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use microscopes for extended periods while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced, production environment
- Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards
- Minimum of one (1) year of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and standards
