Job Summary
Monitor infrastructure platforms and systems to identify performance issues, analyze data for trends, and establish baselines to optimize resources. Collaborate with product owners and architects to design, configure, and deploy scalable ServiceNow capabilities while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Build and deploy highly available infrastructure solutions, manage disaster recovery testing, and document troubleshooting steps for complex hardware and software issues. Develop reporting frameworks to track utilization metrics and actively participate in knowledge sharing to improve documentation and information flow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow platform integration design, development and support
- Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience with, ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, APM, SPM, Now Assist and AI capabilities
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Release Mgt processes
- Experience partnering with integrated suppliers, service providers, business facing IT, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS, etc)
- Adaptability - Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment
- AI Fundamentals - Understanding of core AI concepts and methods, ability to apply AI to job-relevant use cases and capacity to contribute to organizational AI reimagination

- Cloud Infrastructure Management - Setting up, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing the components of cloud infrastructure.
