Job Summary
Associate role to deliver and support APAC data and AI platforms within JPMorgan Chase’s CDAO. Focus areas include platform delivery/integration, vendor coordination, governance and compliance, platform monitoring, upgrades/migrations, and documentation. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business and regulatory requirements, strong data governance/access controls experience, cloud/big data familiarity, and a track record in regulated industries; emphasizes data-driven transformation, risk management, and enabling scalable, compliant infrastructure for APAC markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in platform engineering, infrastructure support, or technology delivery
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, big data platforms, and APAC regulatory environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with data governance or access controls is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred
