Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready software across backend and frontend services, owning complete feature delivery from technical design through production deployment. Build scalable backend services and APIs with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance while contributing to application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. Improve CI/CD automation, monitoring, and production stability by participating in production support, incident response, and system optimization. Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical solutions to continuously improve platform performance and maintainability. Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve software quality and development velocity within a fast-moving product environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional Full-Stack Software Engineering experience
- Strong production experience with TypeScript and Python
- Demonstrated backend engineering expertise with the ability to contribute across the full technology stack
- Experience building scalable distributed applications and production systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern engineering principles
- Experience supporting production systems and participating in operational troubleshooting
- Professional conversational English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within overlapping U.S. business hours
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced engineering environment
- Must currently reside in or near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Authorized to work in Brazil

- Experience designing production infrastructure and distributed system architecture
- Previous startup or hypergrowth technology company experience
- Experience supporting small engineering teams where individual ownership is critical
- Strong debugging and production incident response experience
- Experience with AI-powered software platforms or SaaS products
- Demonstrated history of delivering production features with minimal supervision
- Stable employment history demonstrating continued technical growth and increasing engineering responsibility
