Job Summary
Platform System Specialist (GitHub Admin) administers and manages enterprise GitHub environments, governance, security scanning, on-boarding of development teams, and deployment workflows. Implement and manage GitHub Advanced Security capabilities including code, secret, and dependency scanning; perform security reviews and vulnerability analysis; monitor audit logs and integrate security events with Splunk and Azure Monitor; ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements; develop dashboards and reporting for deployment frequency, change tracking, vulnerability remediation, and repository activity; integrate GitHub platforms with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools; support API integrations and platform modernization; collaborate with DevOps, engineering, security, infrastructure, and compliance teams; troubleshoot workflow issues and access-related incidents; provide guidance and best practices for GitHub usage; support Agile/Scrum delivery and continuous improvement.
