Job Summary
Provide Tier 2 support for cloud platform and internal users while troubleshooting issues across AWS, Auth0, MongoDB Atlas, and LangSmith. Monitor platform health, investigate production incidents, and administer Microsoft Entra ID for user access and permissions. Provision and secure employee laptops, manage onboarding/offboarding, and monitor security alerts to support incident response. Assist with monthly SOC 2 compliance reviews, improve documentation, and runbooks. Requires 2+ years of IT support experience, ability to work in office, and familiarity with AWS services.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud operations, or technical support
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, and Step Functions
- Experience with identity management platforms like Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in office
Desired Qualifications
- AWS, Microsoft, or Security+ certifications
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance, Vanta, or Drata
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting experience
- Spanish language skills are a plus
