Job Summary
Investigate, resolve, and proactively prevent platform issues while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Provide day-to-day technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring services and deliverables are met effectively. Regularly review and improve operational documentation, support testing and reporting of fixes, and develop scripts to automate administrative tasks. Work within a fully cloud-based AWS environment to monitor system health, support deployments, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently with clear communication. This role offers hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation within a modern SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Platform support role
- Knowledge of the system life cycle
- AWS Skillset (EKS, EC2, RDS etc)

- Experience with Datadog for monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure‐as‐code and cloud provisioning
- Experience using Argo CD for continuous delivery and application deployment
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including compute, storage, and networking concepts
