Job Summary
Platform Support Analyst for Angstrom Sports within the Entain group. Responsibilities include investigating, resolving, and proactively preventing platform issues; providing day-to-day technical support to internal stakeholders; liaising with internal teams and external partners; maintaining and improving operational documentation; supporting testing, reporting, and deployment of fixes; developing and maintaining scripts to automate tasks; and contributing to operational excellence in a cloud-based AWS/SaaS environment. The role emphasizes ownership, quality, and effective communication across a growing organization; travel to Vancouver occasionally is available, and hybrid work is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Platform support role and knowledge of the system life cycle
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Desire to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
