Job Summary
Platform Sales - Associate proposal writer within Sales Enablement responsible for developing customised, compelling proposals for prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with senior management, sales, client management and subject matter experts to craft proposals, leverage a central knowledge base, align with bid strategy, and manage proposal timelines across EMEA and other regions as required. Emphasizes understanding of proposed solutions, branding, risk identification, and building effective client materials that meet client/prospect requirements while reflecting bid strategy. Strong emphasis on written communication, presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in finance and business preferred, or other communications-related field e.g. journalism, marketing, advertising
- Experience with proposals, presentations and/or content management databases
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
- Self-starter with initiative
