Job Summary
Platform R&I Technical Engineer responsible for turning advanced R&I concepts into functional prototypes and leading mechanical design for early-stage front-end electrification projects. Coordinates globally split engineering work packages between the local Czechowice-Dziedzice hub and global competence centers (e.g., Germany), runs early-stage thermal and mechanical pre-simulations, and collaborates with the local Prototype Shop to rapidly manifest and test new designs. Requires an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design, or related field; expert Catia CAD user; tech-driven, curious mindset; fluent in English; based at Valeo Czechowice-Dziedzice in Poland with full-time, permanent contract.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design or related high-tech field)
- Strong background in mechanical design
- Expert user of Catia CAD
- Fluent in English
