Manage project resource and budget plans aligned with BP and CF targets while developing schedules according to established goals. Drive risk management initiatives and lead cross-functional teamwork to define countermeasures, moderate SE meetings, and follow up on OPLs. Guide the project team through standard processes, prepare documentation such as O-charts and PMPs, and support technical project managers on engineering problem-solving. Lead product cost topics and D2C projects toward target cost, coordinating cross-function topics including purchasing and PR. Requires a bachelor's degree in project management or engineering with at least three years of product development experience in automotive products, basic knowledge of eCompressor development, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
