Job Summary
Deploy the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated modules including CWP, CSPM, ASPM, and SSPM for enterprise customers. Troubleshoot deployment issues across small to large enterprises while modifying scripts using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform. Engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies, develop processes for Falcon sensor deployment, and plan deployment status reporting. Collaborate with customer IT teams, mentor Platform Professional Services staff, and conduct training sessions on cloud platform best practices. Integrate Falcon into existing tools and support Incident Response teams with data collection scripts. Guide customers deploying agents to ECS, Fargate, or Kubernetes clusters, and assist with CSPM integration for AWS, GCP, or Azure tenants. Travel up to 25% of the time to support these engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
- Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud
- Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies
- Strong knowledge of CSPM
- Expertise in Linux administration and usage of CLI
- Extensive experience scripting with Python
- Proficiency Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- Comprehensive customer facing consulting experience
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Broad experience in overall cloud, computer, and network systems security
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
- Results driven, self-starter with high level of motivation
- Excellent time management with the ability to lead multiple customer engagement
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during the course of employment

- Development: GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, including knowledge of code and repository management best practices
- Cloud Platform and DevOps certifications a plus
