Job Summary
Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant for AI-focused detection and response, responsible for planning, deploying, and supporting the CrowdStrike Falcon AI/ML capabilities across customers; duties include configuring AI-powered threat detection, tuning models to reduce false positives, developing AI-driven automation playbooks, integrating Falcon AI with security tools and workflows, assisting with incident response, threat hunting, and providing customer-facing AI collateral and workshops; requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
- Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
- Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
- Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations
- Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Skillful communication and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences
- Strong experience in computer and network systems security
- Analytical/problem solving skills with ability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
- Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects
- Experience mentoring team members
- Some experience leading a team to complete projects
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Endpoint Security: Falcon platform (preferred)
- Programming for AI: Python, R, or similar languages
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Mac
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Security tools: SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec
- Compliance: CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPPA
- Database: SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale
- Identity: Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO
