Job Summary
Platform Product Designer responsible for shaping end-to-end platform experiences in a complex, AI-enabled enterprise SaaS environment. Own end-to-end UX across major platform capability areas, define interaction models for AI workflows, orchestration, debugging, and explainability, and ensure platform primitives are usable, composable, and scalable. Drive reuse and workflow design, including discovery, configuration, versioning, and composition of reusable components, and design workflows to adapt assets. Build AI quality, evaluation, and debugging UX with surfaceable metrics and signals. Lead domain intelligence configuration UX and collaboration between technical users and domain experts. Lead prototyping, rapid validation, and user research to de-risk decisions. Advocate for builder productivity, clarity, and adoption; mentor designers and elevate design culture. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive UX strategy, contribute to governance of design systems, and translate AI/ML capabilities into intuitive experiences. Expected outcomes include scalable platform workflows, clear UX patterns across the system, and measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and adoption in a high-stakes enterprise setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience designing complex platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and product impact
- Experience working on 0→1 and scaling products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping
- Ability to translate AI/ML capabilities into usable experiences
- Experience designing AI/ML or agent-based systems
- Familiarity with workflow/BPM tools or developer platforms
- Experience with multi-tenant enterprise systems
- Experience leading user research and incorporating insights into product design
- Strong ownership and leadership in ambiguous environments
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- High bar for clarity, usability, and craft
