Platform Operations Project Manager

Job Summary
Own the full lifecycle of high-priority platform initiatives from scoping through close-out, maintaining clear plans, timelines, and accountability structures for every active workstream. Partner with the Senior Platform Operations Manager to build PMO frameworks, enhance standards, and create scalable infrastructure for future growth. Drive alignment across Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and People teams while partnering with General Managers to execute operational and growth initiatives at the partner level. Lead service line expansion playbooks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for technology rollouts, and manage beta testing for new revenue opportunities. Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and provide consistent reporting on status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a distributed, multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project status and risks clearly to senior leadership
- Highly organized with a strong bias toward structure and follow-through
Desired Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience within management consulting is strongly preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred
- Experience building or contributing to a PMO function preferred
