Job Summary
Platform Operations Associate Consultant responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. Expected schedule is Weekend Shift (Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday, 10 hours, 4 days). You will provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with deploying the Falcon platform, assist in operationalizing all modules, troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises, develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs, collaborate with IT teams, support vulnerability and asset management, integrate CrowdStrike with existing tools, support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams, and travel up to 25%. Skills include knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux; PowerShell, Python, Bash; software deployment technologies; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); and security concepts (CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPAA). Must be prepared to engage with customers and deliver cross-team collaboration and customer-facing collateral.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
