Job Summary
Senior Platform Manager to oversee the Shopify Plus ecosystem for 400+ stores worldwide, responsible for setup, configuration, and ongoing performance; manage end-to-end D2C architecture with integrations to PIM, OMS, WMS, Finance, CRM, and Reporting systems; lead technical documentation, training, and hands-on problem-solving; partner with global platform managers to align standards and enable scalable, secure, and efficient platform usage across a high-growth global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years technical management experience in eCommerce, with hands-on Shopify Plus expertise in multi-instance/global environments
- Proven experience with PIM, OMS, and WMS systems
- 10+ years IT Business Analysis or technical solution design experience, including at least 3–5 years in eCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify front-end standards, APIs, and data structures
- Track record of translating requirements into practical, innovative solutions
- Skilled in technical documentation, requirements gathering, and architecture diagramming
- Proficient in tools for process design, technical specification, and knowledge management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
