Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Program Managers to execute automotive programs from award through production and launch. Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster accountability while guiding program planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Oversee multiple programs to ensure they meet customer, quality, timing, and financial objectives, monitoring KPIs and implementing mitigation strategies for significant issues. Review and approve program plans, budgets, and resource requirements, while managing scope changes and change requests. Standardize program management processes and promote best practices to improve launch performance and organizational effectiveness.
