Job Summary
Platform Manager Integrations responsible for owning the Integration Platform vision and multi-year API/gateway roadmap aligned to business strategy, leading delivery and governance across integration initiatives, managing senior stakeholders and budgets, ensuring platform reliability and security, and driving adoption with platform users. Requires extensive product leadership (10–15 years) including 5+ years owning API/integration platforms in SaaS/fintech/enterprise, deep technical expertise in API lifecycle, security, observability, and platform operations, proven ability to scale platforms with high adoption and governance, executive stakeholder management, and proficiency with Agile/DevOps/CI-CD practices. Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive product leadership experience with 10–15 years in product management, including 5+ years owning API, integration, or developer platforms in SaaS, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Deep technical and platform expertise across high-volume integration platforms, API lifecycle management, integration standards, security/authentication, observability, and platform operations
- Proven track record of scaling platforms from transformation through production, delivering high adoption, low latency, secure ecosystems, and effective release, upgrade, and governance practices
- Executive-level stakeholder and commercial management experience, including influencing senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, securing funding, and overseeing budgets, vendors, and licensing agreements
- Collaborative, delivery-focused leadership with strong communication skills, experienced in leading cross-functional teams using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and driving continuous improvement, resilience, and operational excellence
