Job Summary
Own the Integration Platform vision and strategy, defining a multi-year roadmap for APIs, gateways, and connectivity services aligned to business strategy and market trends. Lead delivery, prioritisation, and execution across the Integration Platform, including progress tracking, dependency management, and escalation handling. Manage senior stakeholders and funding by driving alignment across technology and business leaders, securing investment, and overseeing budgets and vendor relationships. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and control by overseeing incident remediation, audit findings, and embedded controls. Drive adoption and customer success by ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, enabling teams and platform users, and ensuring new capabilities are successfully adopted.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive product leadership experience with 10–15 years in product management
- 5+ years owning API, integration, or developer platforms in SaaS, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Deep technical and platform expertise across high-volume integration platforms, API lifecycle management, integration standards, security/authentication, observability, and platform operations
- Proven track record of scaling platforms from transformation through production, delivering high adoption, low latency, secure ecosystems, and effective release, upgrade, and governance practices
- Executive-level stakeholder and commercial management experience, including influencing senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, securing funding, and overseeing budgets, vendors, and licensing agreements
- Collaborative, delivery-focused leader with strong communication skills, experienced in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and driving continuous improvement, resilience, and operational excellence
