Job Summary
Lead process improvements and workflow optimization across onboarding and integration projects while managing escalated client situations and complex platform issues. Act as a subject matter expert for custodial feed integrations, API connections, and BETA rollouts, collaborating with product, programming, and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements. Oversee queue management, task assignments, and workload prioritization, and implement AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client and technical needs, ensuring 100% compliance with process documentation and standard operating procedures. Host team trainings and development sessions to foster knowledge sharing and guide strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations
- Must be able to work as a Hybrid employee with three (3) or more days each week on-site at one of the listed office locations
- Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field as required
- Has a minimum of six (6) years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations as required

- Has strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring and training team members
