Job Summary
Platform HR Director for the HVAC/R Solutions Platform overseeing senior HR business partnership with the Platform President and leadership teams. Leads organizational design, succession planning, culture, and leadership development; drives end-to-end HR operations including compensation, benefits, leave, performance and talent management, employee relations, and training. Coordinates platform-wide talent reviews and development programs, supports change initiatives related to growth and integration, ensures compliance with employment laws, and navigates a matrixed organization across sites in the US and Canada. Requires 10+ years of HR leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 40%; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with MBA preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- deep knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, employment law, employee relations, and performance management
- experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
- ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization; influence without direct authority
- strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- willingness to travel up to 40%
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
