Growth-focused Growth Lead for Softonic Publisher Center, owningDeveloper Platform growth end-to-end, defining product priorities, coordinating GTM initiatives, and driving adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Marketing, SaaS, Marketplace, or related roles
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products, platforms, marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses
- Proven track record of driving growth, adoption, engagement, or monetization initiatives
- Strong product discovery and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation, and customer acquisition, especially of subscription based or SaaS products
- Ability to define KPIs and use data to guide decisions
- Comfortable working with funnels, retention metrics, activation metrics, and SaaS performance indicators
- Strong communication, organization and multiple (cross-functional) stakeholder management skills
