Platform Finance Director – Automotive Dealership

Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for finance departments across multiple dealerships, monitoring P&L statements, forecasting, and budgeting to maximize financial performance. Oversee F&I operations to ensure compliance, profitability, and efficiency while developing consistent policies and procedures. Collaborate with General Managers to achieve financial objectives, manage lending institutions and vendors, and present regular financial reports to executive leadership. Deliver training, mentorship, and performance management for finance managers and staff. Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive dealership finance with 3+ years in senior leadership, strong knowledge of F&I regulations, and proficiency in dealership management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in automotive dealership finance operations
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in overseeing multi-location dealership financial performance
- Strong knowledge of automotive F&I regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and financial reporting tools
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
