Job Summary
Platform Finance Controller supports the Platform Finance team across multiple functions, ensuring program integrity and margin health. Responsibilities include analyzing revenue, wholesale volume, R&D, capital and expense investments; budgeting, ROI analysis, cash flow, and financial evaluation of product programs; tracking financial results through program life cycle; validating targets with Finance counterparts; authorizing fund releases and analyzing costs; pursuing technical cost reductions and design changes; tracking capital appropriation; coordinating annual budget/forecast and allocating R&D and capex to proper projects; maintaining general ledger and liaising with external consultants/advisors. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering and 6+ years of experience; preferred skills include financial modeling, advanced Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and Power BI development. The role is ideally located in New Holland, PA with a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); alternative locations include Racine, WI and Grand Island, NE.
