Platform Execution Manager

Job Summary
Platform Execution Manager responsible for monitoring installation status on HI naval platforms (Submarine & Surface Units), analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data, and developing program schedules and Gantt charts. Performs critical path analyses, tracks burn rate and execution status, manages funding flows (CORNs, OFDs, JIDs), produces required funding documents, prepares cost estimates and RTSEs in MODTracker, reviews and resolves funded/unfunded scope with program stakeholders, conducts risk and cost analysis, generates spreadsheets/reports, and coordinates with PMW, FIO, and NIWC PAC HI for timely funding and execution. Requires a High School Diploma and Secret clearance, with at least six years of related experience and proficiency in SPIDER MODTracker and SMART. Telework is supported 0-10% with no travel requirement; position based in Pearl City, HI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Secret clearance
- 6+ years of experience in program management, financial analysis, and related fields
- Knowledge with SPIDER MODTracker and SMART
- Experience generating platform Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in Navy shipboard maintenance
- Ability to review CORNs and OFDs
- Experience with JIDs, CORNs, and OFDs related to funding
- Ability to manage cost estimates, RTSE, and budgets
- Experience with MODTracker and PMW installation oversight
- Strong analytical and risk-management skills
- Proficiency in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders
