Job Summary
Lead the platform engineering organization by owning the job framework, data platform, ingestion systems, and retrieval infrastructure powering Eve's AI workflows. Drive product and technical strategy by partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products. Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and managers while scaling multiple high-performing teams to ship with precision and confidence. Build the systems, frameworks, and culture that enable a fast-growing organization to move faster with autonomy and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record leading multiple teams or managers in a high-growth startup or similar environment
- Builder mindset: Comfortable diving into technical details when needed, but focused on creating leverage and clarity for others
- A leader who knows when to coach, intervene, or move out of the way, enabling engineers to operate with ownership and pride
- Strong product and business intuition: You care as much about what we build as how we build it
- Passion for AI-driven products and a desire to help shape how this technology transforms an entire industry
