Job Summary
Platform Engineer to build, run and improve TOMRA’s software platforms for development, CI/CD, product security, and machine learning. Responsibilities include supporting platform infrastructure (on-premises build servers, AI training/inference hardware), maintaining Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines, contributing to infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows, supporting GitLab and Artifactory integrations, improving platform security and access control, automating operational tasks, and monitoring services. Must have basic to solid understanding of Kubernetes, containers, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines, and good English with at least basic German. Hybrid work model in Germany; opportunity to collaborate with international teams in a sustainable, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education or vocational training in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
