Job Summary
Build AI-powered platform tooling that identifies root causes of recurring operational work and automates repetitive tasks. Create an internal developer platform including a software catalog, service ownership model, and engineering portal. Improve developer experience by building workflows, automation, and self-service infrastructure that reduce cognitive load and streamline onboarding. Leverage LLMs and AI agents to automate platform operations, incident response, documentation, and developer workflows. Partner closely with engineering teams to identify platform gaps and build scalable infrastructure. Work with TypeScript, NestJS, React, Python, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Airbyte, Dagster, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building platform engineering, developer infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or internal tooling
- You've been an early engineering hire, founder, or have built and shipped meaningful side projects from scratch
- Strong systems thinking with a passion for improving engineering productivity through thoughtful tooling and automation
- Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows to solve real engineering problems
- Comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling
