Job Summary
Build and grow the infrastructure supporting thousands of real-time sessions where AI employees and humans share control. Own security guardrails, data-handling standards, and enterprise-level best practices across provisioning, streaming performance, and cost per session. Drive reliability and observability by managing SLOs, incident response, and instrumentation that flags issues before they impact customers. Enable engineers and the deployment team to spin up environments via self-service platforms as volume scales with usage-based pricing. Measure success on uptime, data integrity, and system leverage to allow a small team to operate at enterprise scale.

- Experience in infrastructure and distributed-systems
