Job Summary
Platform Engineer - Microsoft 365 to operate and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive); act as 3rd line support for complex incidents and escalations; develop and maintain automation using PowerShell; contribute to platform architecture, standardization, and integrations; support global rollouts, migrations, and project-to-run transitions; ensure security, access governance, and compliance controls; maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell
- Experience in cloud operations, monitoring, and automation
- Understanding of platform engineering and infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
