Job Summary
Lead the design and development of full-stack Store and POS platform solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and code review across all phases of the SDLC. Drive engineering practices including clean architecture, test automation, secure coding, and maintainable design. Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical designs and provide input into backlog and delivery planning. Build backend services, APIs, and integration layers for reliable transaction processing and in-store workflows, including storefront mobile integrations. Ensure solutions are designed for store environments with high availability, low latency, intermittent connectivity, and operational resilience. Promote a language-agnostic, OO-driven approach and leverage frameworks and tools such as Java (Spring Boot), C++, Angular, Flutter, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps or Jenkins). Drive performance optimization, observability, and incident analysis, while supporting governance and standards adherence.
