Job Summary
Design and maintain a scalable Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable self-service capabilities for provisioning environments and deploying services. Build automated infrastructure using Shell scripting, Python, Java, and Ansible, while managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications at scale. Construct GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment, and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack/Datatog. Create agentic AI workflows to accelerate product and technology teams. Ensure infrastructure security best practices and maintain clear documentation while collaborating with developers to improve onboarding and service templates.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar role
- Proven experience in designing or contributing to an Internal Developer Platform or developer productivity tools
- Strong skills in Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell) and programming (Python or Java)
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD
- Proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies
- Strong AI skills
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (ELK/Datadog)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security best practices
