Job Summary
Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines integrating security checks at all stages, while developing infrastructure as code with security best practices. Automate security scanning and monitoring across cloud and blockchain environments, and implement containerized security controls. Create dashboards to track security posture and collaborate with development teams to address findings. Design secrets management solutions and establish secure configuration baselines for AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure. This permanent on-site role in London or New York requires 5+ years of DevOps or backend engineering experience in Web3/Crypto or FAANG, with proficiency in Rust, Golang, or C++. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering roles in Web3/Crypto or solid Backend engineering for FAANG (Facebook (Meta), Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google (Alphabet))
- Must be proficient in backend engineering, with hands on coding skills in either Golang, Rust or C++ (Low level equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with security scanning tools and their integration into CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of network security concepts and implementation
- Passion for building secure and scalable infrastructure for decentralised applications
- Contract : Permanent role (on-site/in-person) in London (UK) or New York (USA)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of web3 infrastructure, node operation, or blockchain security is a plus
