Platform Engineer – Agentic AI & Harness Engineering

Job Summary
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure their reliability. Automate operational and deployment tasks to accelerate delivery. Help the QA team integrate automated quality and performance gates into the workflow. Support container-based and serverless environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Contribute to observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana or similar). Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and fix friction in the delivery flow. In your first year you will maintain and improve pipelines independently for the teams you support and automate repetitive operational tasks. Requirements include 2-4 years of CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins), knowledge of containers and at least one cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), familiarity with an Infrastructure as Code tool (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent), comfort with Git and ability to read/write code, and professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Nice to have exposure to Kubernetes in production, experience with security or observability tooling in pipelines, GitOps and Internal Developer Platforms, and cloud or Kubernetes certifications or progress toward them.
Required Qualifications
