Analyze product cost targets and drive cross-functional cost-down measures across design, manufacturing, supplier chain, and logistics. Systematically track DtC measure development, create project plans, and organize resources to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality SOPs. Calculate cost-down measure paybacks, define launching strategies, and collaborate with customer teams to execute measures based on strategy. Perform cost analysis for different product variants and execute global project quotation calculations to ensure reasonable costs. Manage global reporting on DtC measure development status and plan. This role supports the eCompressor product within Bosch's mobility and industrial technology sectors, requiring a Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering with at least three years of automotive product development experience.
