Platform/DevOps Engineer

Job Summary
Build and evolve the internal infrastructure platform; design, implement, and maintain the Advertima infrastructure platform to empower internal teams to innovate on cloud and edge environments. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deliver containerized workloads (Docker and Incus) and Debian-packaged services across cloud and edge environments. Collaborate closely with product, customer success, engineering, machine learning, and hardware teams to ensure reliable, scalable production systems. Security by default philosophy in all platform changes, including secret handling, hardened images, and access management. Participate in platform availability through an on-call rotation to continuously improve reliability, automation, and usability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps or Software Engineering with a focus on operations
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker / OCI, Kubernetes
- Infrastructure Automation: Terraform and Ansible
- Networking: distributed systems fundamentals
- Technical Skills: Linux administration, Bash or Python, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications
