Job Summary
Senior Platform Development Engineer responsible for leading semiconductor power MOSFET technology development from concept through prototype and validation to industrialisation. Role involves contributing across the product development lifecycle, designing and developing the technology platform using TCAD, Cadence, and Klayout, carrying out data analysis during wafer test/assembly/qualification, delivering technical summaries to stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and interfacing with external customers and global vendors. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with root cause analysis and statistical tools.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Several years of experience in power semiconductor technology development (Power MOSFETs, preferably Silicon) with an understanding of device physics, process interactions, manufacturability and failure mechanisms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams
