Job Summary
Conduct market research on major manufacturers and brands to propose sourcing strategies and select high-demand product targets based on business priorities. Derive selection planning insights from internal and external environment analyses while facilitating seamless communication with key internal departments. Remove process bottlenecks using data-driven approaches to present management improvements for the selection workflow. Develop playbooks to optimize selection targeting and expand operational duties for new business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience with distributors and manufacturers
- Experience in product strategy, market research, and strategic/planning practice
- Ability to collaborate and communicate smoothly with relevant departments
- Excellent MS Office skills
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to use SQL and familiarity with various database data
- Experience in product strategy and sourcing strategy in online/offline environments
- High understanding of IT operation processes
- Experience or capability in organizational and personnel management
