Defines instance strategy, governance, core data, integrations, and platform health; guides engagement teams to deliver architecture designed for long-term success; collaborates with executives, enterprise architects, and development teams to translate goals into a customer roadmap and architectural blueprint; positions ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard and supports scoping and estimation of engagements; contributes leading practices, maintains skills and certifications, mentors others, and travels up to 20%.
