Platform Architect - Microsoft Entra & AD (Costa Rica)

Job Summary
Lead the technical delivery of identity security projects and workstreams using Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Governance. Architect and implement identity solutions, guide customers through adoption of technical controls, and collaborate to refine requirements for scalable enterprise deployments. Mentor delivery team members and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators. Drive complex identity migrations and integrations in large enterprise environments, leveraging Logic Apps, Function Apps, Graph API, Data Factory, and related Azure services. Support sales efforts and help shape new and enhanced service offerings in a remote Costa Rica context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT experience
- At least 5 years focused on Identity & Access Management
- Prior experience delivering large-scale identity projects in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise migrating from legacy or competitor IAM/IGA platforms to Microsoft Entra
- Strong developer skills for building extensions, workflows, and integrations
- Experience delivering solutions using Logic Apps, Function Apps, Graph API, Data Factory, and other Azure services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to guide technical decisions and influence customer direction
