Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain the UiPath-based global automation platform architecture; evaluate adoption of new IPA features; collaborate with global development teams to identify platform enhancements and evolving business requirements; provide technical guidance on best practices and governance; manage access controls and licensing; support platform-related initiatives and ensure alignment with architectural principles and standards; limited travel (~10%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT/software development/automation experience
- Minimum 2–3 years with RPA or Intelligent Process Automation
- Strong knowledge of UiPath platform components (Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, Integration Services)
- Understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices
- IT infrastructure, data security concepts, and collaboration tools (AWS, Dynatrace, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira)
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Understanding of process automation and digital transformation concepts
- Experience in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work independently within global teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
