Job Summary
Platform and Enablement Engineer focused on reducing technical friction across the business by scaling system integrations, building internal tooling, and designing rapid prototypes. You’ll enable safe, scalable adoption of automation and AI to help the global team move faster and work smarter, connecting SaaS products and building robust AI interfaces while ensuring security and proper data handling. Responsibilities include bridging AI gaps with high-fidelity prototypes, auditing and improving API connections between core tools (Slack, Jira, ERP), managing rapid-response sprints to unblock automation requests, translating non-technical stakeholder needs into quick-win automation concepts, and evolving lightweight automations into production-ready, secure capabilities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience designing scalable connectors between various SaaS products, pragmatic AI/tooling application, and a collaborative approach with IT Ops and Engineering to align enablement projects with platform patterns.
Required Qualifications
- Experience enabling internal teams with automation or AI tooling
- Experience building system integrations and internal tooling
- Strong API design and integration experience
- Familiarity with SaaS product ecosystems (Slack, Jira, ERP)
- Security-by-design mindset
- Excellent communication with IT Ops and Engineering teams
